DELIVERY:

We will send you an email confirming the carrier’s details and the tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.



RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Sveti Usa Llc , may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition with all packaging intact.

NOTE: Sale items are FINAL SALE. Returns will not be accepted.

REFUNDS

Sveti Usa LLc  may be returned for a refund within 14 days from the delivery date. Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned product(s). A refund will be credited to the original method of payment within 3-5 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds incur a $4.95 processing fee.


EXCHANGES

Sveti Usa Llc may be exchanged within 15 days from the delivery date. Items must be unworn in their original condition with all packaging intact. If you'd like to exchange your eyewear for another model, please include a note in your return with the Item Number.
